Our Vinyl Wrapped doors are designed to achieve the look of 2-pack painted cabinetry at a more accessible price point. Each door is manufactured by wrapping moisture-resistant MDF in a durable PVC foil, creating a smooth, seamless finish that wraps around both the face and edges of the door.

For a premium painted finish, our 2-pac painted doors are produced using a specialised two-component paint system that combines paint with hardener. This creates a smooth, durable surface with excellent resistance to wear, chemicals, and UV exposure, while offering an extensive range of colours and custom colour-matching options.

Our ABS Square-Edged doors feature a high-quality ABS edging that is precisely applied to the panel edges, providing added protection against everyday knocks, moisture, and humidity. This makes them an ideal choice for high-use areas where durability is essential.

For natural timber and veneer products, our polishing process uses premium clear coatings and professional spray booth facilities to enhance the grain, colour, and texture of the material while providing a consistent, long-lasting finish.
